EULA - End User License Agreement

License

You do not own iPod2PC (herein after referred to as "SOFTWARE").
Ownership of all legal rights contained in the software remains solely with
CasiCakes (herein known as "PUBLISHER").

This license (herein known as "LICENSE") defines what you may do with the
software and complete extent of your rights and responsibilities concerning
the use of the software. No portion of this license should be construed as a
release of the publisher's copyright and intellectual property ownership
rights of the software. By downloading and/or installing the software, you
agree to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this
license, do not download and/or use the software.

Unregistered Software
An unregistered copy of the software skips about 50% of the selected
tracks during the copy process.
You may install this program to test and evaluate if it suits your needs and
you wish to purchase it. There is not a set limit for the evaluation time.
You are permitted to install an unregistered copy of the software onto any
number of computers and freely use the software in its unregistered form
indefinitely. Furthermore, you are free to distribute the complete
unregistered software package as long as the original package is kept
intact.

Licensed Software
Licensed software allows you to unlock some of the features which you are
prevented from using in the unregistered software. In order to unlock/
license a copy of the software, the publisher will give you a license key
upon purchase.

License Key Confidentiality
You agree to keep this license key confidential. Furthermore, you agree to
not permit the license key to be used on more iPods that permitted by the
license. For example, actions which are not permitted include, but are not
limited to, publishing any software license key in any public forum, selling
any software license key without written permission by the
publisher, or causing any software license key to become known by
individuals who have not purchased a software license key. If it is
determined by the publisher that you have violated this license, the
publisher reserves the right of disabling your license key with no refund of
original purchase price, and pursuing any appropriate civil and criminal
charges in a court of law.

Other Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, sublicense, translate, disassemble, reverse
engineer, or de-compile the software, or modify or merge the software with
any part of the software in another program. This license may not be
assigned or otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of the
publisher.

Invalid Provisions
If any provision of this license should be deemed invalid or unenforceable,
the rest of this license shall remain in force.

Warranty
The software is provided solely on an "as-is" basis. The publisher make no
warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of the software for
any particular purpose. By using this software, you hereby acknowledge and
release the publisher from any liability from data loss or any other
problems caused directly or indirectly by the use or non-use of the
software.

A note about copyright
The software may be used to reproduce materials. It is licensed to you only
for reproduction of non-copyrighted materials, materials in which you own
the copyright, or materials you are authorized or legally permitted to
reproduce. If you are uncertain about your right to copy any material, you
should contact your legal advisor.

Entire Agreement
This license reflects the entire agreement between the publisher and you,
and supersedes any other agreement, oral or written, and may not be changed
except by written agreement by the publisher.
